Referral Program

  • How It Works

    1. Refer a Friend or Colleague

    Tell them about Frame Forward Studio. Have them mention your name when they reach out.

  • 2. They Complete Their Project

    When your referral completes their project and makes final payment, rewards activate automatically.

  • 3. You Both Get Rewarded

    You receive (based on project size):

    Campus Stories events (₱12-35K): ₱1,500-2,500 credit

    Brand Story (₱40K): ₱2,500 credit

    Catalyst (₱65K): ₱4,000 credit

    Legacy (₱85K): ₱5,000 credit

    School Year Partnership (₱115K): ₱4,000 credit

    They receive (their choice):

    ₱2,000 credit toward their next project

    OR 4 bonus social reels added to their current project

    Credits apply to one-off projects only (Brand Films, Campus Stories events). Not applicable to Momentum Series monthly retainers.

  • Reward Activation:

    • Referral must mention your name when first contacting us

    • Rewards activate when referred client completes their project and makes final payment

    • Credits issued within 7 business days of project completion

    Eligibility:

    • Available to all current and past Frame Forward Studio clients

    • New client must be a first-time customer

    • Self-referrals not eligible

    • Cannot refer existing clients for new projects

    Credit Rules:

    • Credits can be applied to future ONE-OFF projects only (Brand Story, Catalyst, Legacy, Campus Stories events)

    • NOT applicable to Momentum Series monthly retainer payments

    • NOT applicable to School Year Partnership retainer payments

    • Credits expire 12 months from issue date

    • Maximum one credit per project (credits cannot be stacked)

    • Maximum ₱5,000 credit usable per project

    • Maximum ₱10,000 in accumulated credits at any time

    • The Recap/Showcase/Narrative: ₱1,500 credit

    • The Express: ₱2,500 credit

    One-Off Brand Films:

    • Brand Story (₱40K): ₱2,500 credit

    • Legacy (₱85K): ₱5,000 credit

    School Year Partnership (₱115K):

    • ₱4,000 credit

    How to Use Your Credits:

    • Apply to any future one-off project (Brand Story, Catalyst, Legacy, Campus Stories events)

    • Cannot be used for Momentum Series monthly retainer payments

    • Cannot be used for School Year Partnership installment payments

    • Maximum ₱5,000 per project

    • Credits expire 12 months from issue date

  • Welcome Bonus - Choose One:

    Option A:

    • ₱2,000 credit toward their next project with us

      • Applies to one-off projects only (Brand Story, Catalyst, Legacy, Campus Stories events)

      • Cannot be used for Momentum Series or School Year Partnership monthly payments

      • Must be used within 12 months

      • Cannot be combined with other discounts

    Option B:

    • 4 bonus social reels added to their current project

      • Only applicable to Brand Films and Campus Stories packages that include reels

      • Reels are 15-30 second vertical cutdowns optimized for Instagram/TikTok/Facebook

      • Not applicable to projects that don't include video deliverables

      • Must be claimed at time of booking

    How New Clients Redeem:

    • Mention the referrer's name when first contacting us

    • Choose Option A or B at time of booking (cannot change after contract signed)

    • Bonus applies after project completion and final payment

    • Credits expire 12 months from issue date

    Perfect Referrals:

    • Schools looking for event coverage or enrollment marketing

    • Small to mid-size businesses needing brand videos

    • Restaurants or cafes wanting monthly content (Momentum Series) or one-time brand stories

    • Anyone launching a new product or location

    Qualifying Projects:

    • One-off brand films: Brand Story (₱40K), Catalyst (₱65K), or Legacy (₱85K)

    • Campus Stories packages: The Recap (₱12K), The Showcase (₱17K), The Narrative (₱20K), The Express (₱35K), School Year Partnership (₱115K)

    • Momentum Series retainers: Foundation (₱15K/mo), Growth (₱25K/mo), Authority (₱40K/mo)

    Not Eligible:

    • Existing Frame Forward Studio clients booking additional projects

    • Referring someone who's already worked with us

    • Self-referrals
